So yesterday the Macmillan Nurse visited (omg she’s amazing and has sponsored my “Brave The Shave” with £5!)
We had A LOT to talk about and luckily it was just mum, gran and me.
I dunno how I feel.
I wanna scream, laugh, cry and sit in a corner hugging a bottle of JD.
I feel numb but I feel like all my nerves are on edge at the same time.
I’m gonna watch my gran die…. And I don’t know how I’m gonna be able to take that mentally.
On May 13 I will Brave the Shave for Macmillan Cancer Support. I will be totally shaving my head and showing my support to the men and women who are going through cancer and cancer treatments.
If you’re a long time reader of my blog you will know that my gran (81 in May) has cancer of the lungs and cannot have treatment as that treatment would kill her. So they’re treating the symptoms that arise from the cancer.
This isn’t my gran’s first rodeo – she has had cancer of the uterus. My mum has had cancer of the uterus, ovaries and thyroid. My gran’s best friend had breast and bowel cancer.
The Macmillan Nurses are amazing. People who would otherwise go through cancer alone, family members who wouldn’t have anyone to turn too… Have amazing people they can turn to thanks to Macmillan Cancer Support.
Cancer is something nobody should ever go through alone.
Please support me and help support Macmillan by clicking my sponsor link and donating to the cause.
I will film the shave and post pictures of course.
THIS IS MY LINK…. DONATE WHAT YOU CAN. THANK YOU!!!
